Wharf Talk at Geraldton's Fishermens Wharf

Earlier this week I was heading out to my sister's kingfish farm. It's only about 1km off shore.  Erica was taking out the Minister for Fisheries and she invited me along...  As the crew were preparing for departure there was a scallop boat parked alongside the wharf, and the crew and skipper were doing some maintenance and repairing nets...You see just seeing that boat bought up some memories of my own fishing times.  I have a real appreciation for all fishing people.. its such a varied group of people but one thing they all have in common is they are all hard workers, they love coming in and out of port and all just love the ocean.

I thought i'd quickly pop over and see if they'd let me do a quick chitty chat with them and yes they were happy to oblige.
