Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges, or credit notes within 30 days for items in original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

To Return an Item:

1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@latitudejewellers.com.au.

2. Return the item within 30 days to:

(Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.)

What You Can Expect

• Exchange: Resize rings or swap metal type (once only, item must be unworn).

• Credit Note: Valid for 12 months (issued if you change your mind).

• Refunds: Available for online purchases only if item was misrepresented or faulty.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method once item is received and inspected.

Custom Orders & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch or custom creation begins. After dispatch, our regular returns process applies.

Ring Sizing

• Free resizing (within 3 sizes) on rings over $1,000, within 3 months of purchase.

• Larger adjustments may incur a charge due to material differences.

Faulty Items

If your jewellery appears faulty, contact us at info@latitudejewellers.com.au for return instructions. We will assess and, if faulty, offer a repair, refund, or exchange.
