Shipping Policy

FREE Express Shipping on all online orders over $400 within Australia. All parcels are fully insured, require signature on delivery, and are discreetly packaged for peace of mind.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday and typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Rural or remote areas may take up to 14 business days.

Custom Orders & Lead Times

If your piece is not in stock, we will arrange/custom make this piece within 2–4 weeks. You’ll be contacted within 24 hours of your order with details. Delivery is an additional 2–14 days once ready.

Within Australia:

• Free Express Shipping over $400 

• $30 Express Shipping under $400

International Orders:

• Orders under $2,000 AUD: approx. $200 AUD shipping (depending on country)

• Shipped via FedEx, DHL Express, or other with full insurance & signature required
